With over 40 years of experience in real estate, my journey began in Orange County as a residential appraiser specializing in complex and luxury properties. That foundation in property valuation has been instrumental in shaping my success as a Realtor®. In 2016, I relocated to the beautiful state of Colorado and transitioned into real estate sales—bringing with me a deep understanding of value, neighborhoods, and buyer psychology.
